Leanne Field

As Practice Manager, Leanne plays an important role in making sure everything at Taunton Lane Dental runs smoothly, both for our patients and the team behind the scenes.

Working closely with Ify and the wider dental team, Leanne oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, from coordinating the team and managing operations to helping ensure the practice maintains the high standards expected in patient care, safety and compliance.

You’ll also find Leanne at reception, where she is often one of the first people you’ll speak to when you contact or visit the practice. She understands that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel daunting, and works hard to make sure every patient receives a warm welcome and feels comfortable, listened to and well looked after.

A big part of Leanne’s role is making sure the patient experience is as straightforward and positive as possible. Whether she’s helping with an appointment, answering a question or supporting the team behind the scenes, her focus is on creating a friendly, professional practice where patients can feel confident in the care they receive.
